duit xder ade hati nk beli rumah.. chisss.. haha.. xper2 cita2 tu kena ader weh.. baru la ader target nk menuju kesana..

ok2.. apsal aku semangat nk beli umah ni ek.. korang xsmangat ke nk beli umah sendiri weh?? hehehe

1. bek beli awal2.. kang makin lama kang harga makin gilo babs punye mahal.. skang ni pon da mahal da tau.. adehhhhhhh..

2. kan ke syok dok umah sendiri.. bebas jer nk wat ape pon.. yeahh.. ape2 pon.. muahahaa..

3. leh la arrange dalaman umah tu... cat cantek2.. hias cantek2.. ni kalo aku wt kt umah parent aku ni mau dia karate kang.. hahhaha

4. perlaburan jangka panjang.. heeee..

cukup2 laaa 4 alasan aku bg tuhh.. da kukuh laa tu kan.. ngehngeh.. ok2.. umah camner yang aku nak ek... ok ni ciri2 nye..

1. nk umah teres.. xmo laa dok umah yg x atas tanah ni.. jenuhh wehh.. x bejiran satu.. anak2 aku nk main ktne nnt (erkkk)

2. bia ade halaman.. kalo corner lot lagi cantek.. leh ltak taman2 kt situ.. perrrgghhhhhhh...

3. aku nk kat area bukit jalil laa kalo bley.. dekat ngn sume tmpat.. heee..

4. harga mstilaa mura.. kalo 100k ker cantek laaa.. haha.. (tp area bkt jalil tu sume above 500k jer.. hukhuk)

i bet every entry in every single blog rite now is all bout new year greeting.. perfect situation also in the same mood. new year mood, 2010 mood, holiday mood.. although my coming 2010 will not be as fun as past years, but lets make crazyyyy thing this new year..

WHAT HAPPEN IN 2009

one thing for certain that make my 2009 is full of greatness is my participating in GEMS programme.. well i guess many of you already know what this programe really are.. or at least have heard of it somewhere.. so im not in the mood to telling what the program is all about..

GEMS really teach me something in life..
"the world out there is really unfair, is really cruel"

friends in GEMS is a friends that i really dont have.. all of us have a same mindset.. so its not that hard to get bonding with each and everyone.. one thing we share in common. "unemployed". but as the time goes by.. one by one of GEMS friends got their own way in life.. some find new job.. others still hanging by the moment.. congratulate to all of them.. im so happy for them but to be honest im scared of losing them.. thats how paranoid i am.. my friends are everything to me.. i keep on feeling that im losing my friends.. my school friends.. my uni friends.. *sigh*

enough bout that.. just enjoy the pic below.. my happy memories in GVR 01..

karaoke session yg dahsyat.. ramai tol yg nyanyi.. hehe..

what do i expect in a year to come?

1. happiness - i want to be happy.. my life have been a mess up these past 2 3 months.. not many knows the story n i dont like to share it.. for those who being with me through my chaotic time.. i thank so much (u know who u are).. may this years bring joy to me.. i hope so.. huuu

2. a stable career - hope my "unemployed" days will end soon..

3. a good health - thank God for a good health that u give me until now.. hope to lose some more weight..

4. love - *undefined*

5. more n more good stuff..

Salam semua.. kenapa begitu susah untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan sekarang nih.. kerja kosong berlambak2 tapi xder satu pon yang melekat kt aku..

"hina sangatkah aku pada pandangan keluargamu"
begitulah lirik lagu yang xde kaitan dengan cerita ini..dendangan Ukays, aku dipaksa kau terpaksa.

ok2 berbalik kepada cerita kerja tadik.. bukan aku jer yang mengalami dilema ini tapi ramai yang kat luar sana tu aku yakin ada masalah yang sama..tensen wehh.. dah nak setahun grad.. tp setakat ni asyik dok training jer.. bape lame lagi nk training ni.. kalo training dapat elaun 3000 puas ati gk laa.. ni 1000 jer pon.. korek2 gigi jer da abes.. kalo tau dgn degree pon susah nk dapat keje, bek pas SPM aritu trus kerja.. untung2 skang ni da 2 3 ribu gk gaji.. nak kata pointer aku x baguihh? memang pon, xlepas 3 pon.. kehkehkeh.. tp member aku yang lepas 3 pon payah nk carik keje.. aduuiii..

"apa salahku, apa salah ibuku, hidupku dirundung pilu"
macam kata2 wali band ni haa.. huuu..

camni punye bergaya pon xde org amik keje ke.. huu

so aku korek2 otak aku ni mencari ape sebab2 nye begitu susah nk carik keje nih.. ni je laa yang aku dapat senaraikan setakat nih.. huuu..

1. Lambakan graduan yang membanjiri pasaran pekerjaan.. IPTA kat malaysia jer da 15 ke 16 universiti.. kalo termasuk IPTS semua.. x ker bejuta2 lemon graduan yang keluar setiap tahun..tap camne nak kawal bende ni.. pendidikan untuk semua kan.. *sigh*

2. Graduan sendiri tu yang memilih kerja.. aku sebagai graduan ingin menyatakan yang kami x pernah memilih kerja.. tapi kerja tu yang memilih kami.. kalo nk ikutkan jobstreet or starjob memang da naik kematu laa dok menghantar resume kt company2 tuh.. tapi haprak.. xde jawapan pon.. huuu..

3. Company yang memilih.. xdinafikan company mmg akan carik yang terbaik untuk bekerja ngan diorang.. tapi kalo da memilih sgt smp bila2 laa aku x keje wehh.. kalo kat iklan pon tulis chinese language tu compulsary mmg xkeje da la.. not being racist or what but thats what happen in reality rite now..

4. Lagi satu company nak yang ade pengalaman jer.. alasan yang mudah ialah xnk membazirkan duit company nk anta training.. cmon laa.. mustahil laa orang2 yang baru grad trus nak ade experience.. everybody start with zero.. huuuu..

5. kabel? ni pon salah satu faktor dimana ramai yang dok tanam anggur skang nih.. huu.. walaupun mereka dok iklankan vacancy kt company diorang, tp sebenarnya awal2 lg diorang da ade calon untuk mengisi jawatan tuh.. the vacancy or interview is just s procedure.. but for those who are really2 qualified for the job, congrats to you.. you deserve it..

ok2.. stakat ni tu jer yang aku tulis.. malas nak pikir lagi.. bikin waaa panasssss telingaaa.. hahaha.. oklaa kepada anda2 diluar sana yang sedang mencarik kerja.. welcome to the club.. kepada rakan2 ku yang sudah mendapat kerja.. millions congrats to you guys/girls.. hehe.. kepada yang ada keje kosong tu, silalah roger2 yerr.. heeee..

Tahun ni krismas aku disambut dengan sederhana ajer(penah dsambut dgn meriah ker? haha) tiada pokok krismas, tiada stokin krismas dan tiada ayam panggang yang besarrrr punyaa (sila sebut seperti intonasi iklan maggi yer..hehe) aku xde kawan ke yang sambut krismas ek.. mcm xpenah pon pg open house umah diorg.. hmm.. apa makanan yang wajib ada ek time krismas.. ayam panggang besar punye tuh bukan time thanksgiving ke? ke krismas xde makanan rasmi seperti ketupat, lemang kuih batang buruk dan macam2 lagilaa.. ke aku yang xtau.. hahha..
